Founding Board

Help shape the founding board of All These YDays.

We are currently forming our founding nonprofit board and are seeking three committed board members: Secretary, Mental Health or Wellness Professional, and Community Engagement Representative. Our mission is to help people and neighborhoods grow with purpose while also building practical support for other 501(c)(3) efforts that need planning structure, community resource coordination, and event support. We are currently serving Berks County and the Reading, PA area.

Why this board

Mission-aligned governance from day one.

All These YDays is a community-centered initiative grounded in learning, inspiration, reflection, gratitude, forgiveness, movement, and renewal. We are building a founding board to help establish structure, trust, and long-term accountability as we prepare for nonprofit launch and 501(c)(3) readiness. We are also developing this platform to support and collaborate with other nonprofits in planning, organizing, and activating community resources and events with more consistency.

All These YDays is not only building its own programs. We are also committed to helping other mission-driven organizations improve local collaboration by supporting resource mapping, event planning structure, outreach coordination, and practical activation workflows.

Open founding seats

Seat Role focus Why it matters
Secretary Minutes, records, board documentation, follow-up and compliance support. Strong documentation protects integrity during formation, filings, and governance decisions.
Mental Health / Wellness Professional Trauma-informed guidance, wellness boundaries, safe-space and referral practices. Helps ensure programs are supportive, ethical, and responsibly positioned as education/peer support.
Community Engagement Representative Partnerships, outreach, events, local feedback, and trust-building across groups. Keeps mission connected to real families, neighborhoods, and practical needs.

Estimated commitment during formation: one meeting monthly, plus 1-3 hours per month for review/follow-up and optional event support.
