Victor M. Ocasio is the founder of All These YDays and is currently serving as Acting Chair and President-Designate during the organization’s nonprofit formation stage.

Victor is a software programmer, entrepreneur, and community-minded leader with a strong background in building technology systems, organizing ideas into practical tools, and creating platforms that help people, businesses, and communities move forward with purpose. As the CEO and visionary behind LucidTrac ERP, Victor has focused much of his professional work on developing software solutions that support organization, communication, operations, and service delivery.

All These YDays reflects Victor’s belief that personal growth happens one day, one choice, and one act of courage at a time. Through the YDays framework, he hopes to help individuals and families embrace learning, inspiration, reflection, gratitude, forgiveness, movement, and joy as part of everyday life.

Victor’s vision for All These YDays is rooted in service to Reading, Pennsylvania and Berks County. He is committed to helping build a nonprofit foundation that supports community wellness, recovery-friendly spaces, family engagement, personal development, and purpose-driven living.

As founder, Victor is helping organize the proposed founding board, develop the mission, shape early programs, and guide the organization toward formal nonprofit filing. His leadership approach is grounded in accountability, creativity, resilience, love, and a deep desire to see people and communities succeed.
