Terms of Use

Use the platform with care and respect.

These terms describe the basic expectations for using the public site, registering for an account, and accessing any future protected resources connected to All These YDays.

Recovery mentor pilot

Voluntary non-clinical peer support.

The adults-only pilot is currently limited to Reading, PA and the Berks County area. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, therapy, detoxification, medication direction, legal services, emergency monitoring, or a guarantee of sobriety. Participants may decline a match, pause, request rematching, or leave. Mentors must complete staff review and a live interview before approval.

Safety and boundaries

Protect choice, confidentiality, and role clarity.

Recovery-support users must follow program confidentiality, approved communication, reporting, and conduct rules. Financial arrangements, romantic or sexual relationships between current matched users, clinical claims, retaliation, impersonation, and moving required records into unapproved channels are prohibited. Approval or access may be paused or ended for safety or policy reasons.

Platform use

Keep access lawful and constructive.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, impersonate others, or submit harmful content through forms, accounts, or future community features.

Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify the platform if you suspect unauthorized access. Admin access is restricted and monitored.

Content and future products

Mission-forward content, protected ownership.

Public and member content, branding, and downloadable resources remain part of the All These YDays platform unless otherwise stated. Future purchases or subscriptions may carry additional product-specific terms.
