The Mission

Building community rhythm, recovery support, and meaningful local events.

All These YDays is a purpose-driven daily experience built around the belief that all days live within each other. All These YDays is growing as a community-centered nonprofit initiative designed to help people, families, organizers, and local partners create healthier connection points across Reading, Berks County, and the surrounding region. We use the YDays rhythm as a practical framework for event planning, emotional wellness, team building, recovery-supportive community spaces, and digital tools that help good ideas become real, welcoming experiences.

Forward is a faithful direction.

Our Core Mission

Community engagement with healing, structure, and follow-through.

All These YDays exists to help communities plan and support events that strengthen belonging, emotional wellness, sober support, creativity, teamwork, and civic connection. We want to make it easier for neighbors, organizers, nonprofits, and local businesses to coordinate gatherings that are thoughtful, aligned, and accessible.

How We Serve

Planning support, public tools, and shared community infrastructure.

Our mission is not only inspirational. It is operational. We aim to provide planning help, community calendars, public-facing activity tools, stories, directories, and fiscal sponsorship support where needed so that worthy local events can move from idea to impact.

What We Are Building

Event planning for neighborhoods, recovery communities, and civic life.

We are building a nonprofit mission around community event planning and engagement. That includes helping shape safe, positive events for residents, recovery communities, families, youth, faith groups, peer leaders, and local collaborators throughout districts in Reading and across Berks County.

Local Collaboration

Working with local businesses to bring community ideas to fruition.

We are actively looking to work with local businesses, service providers, venues, and community leaders to help bring events to fruition, align activities across districts and the county, and make collaboration easier for the people already doing the work.

Mission Priorities

The main work of the 501(c)(3) vision.

The YDays framework still matters, but this page now centers the broader community mission the organization is growing into.

Community Events

Planning and coordination support

We support community engagement events from concept through promotion, alignment, and follow-up.

Workshops, wellness gatherings, sober socials, neighborhood events, and civic collaborations.

Recovery Support

NA, AA, and meeting-space visibility

We want to expand access to meeting information, supportive gathering spaces, and community-safe pathways to connection.

Helping people find meetings, host spaces, and stay engaged in healthy rhythms.

Free Social Activities

Tools for therapy, team building, and reflection

We are developing and sharing free activities like WordRise, the Emotion Wheel, the Challenge Board, and ROY-G-BIV experiences.

Designed to support conversation, self-awareness, emotional literacy, and group connection.

Digital Tools

Online planning support for engagement events

We aim to provide digital and online tools for organizing, communicating, and strengthening community events.

Planning support, organizer tools, workflows, and public-facing engagement resources.

Stories and Resources

Real experiences and practical help

We want to surface community stories and maintain resource pathways that include both free and paid support options.

Stories, directories, referrals, and tools people can actually use.

Fiscal Sponsorship

Support for events that need structure

Where appropriate, we aim to provide fiscal sponsorship support to help worthy community events move forward responsibly.

Helping organizers bridge good vision with compliant, sustainable support.

Community Calendar

One place to track what is happening across the community.

We are building toward a broader community events calendar informed by 10 or more local sources so people can discover opportunities for support, service, learning, recovery, recreation, and neighborhood connection without having to search in ten different places.

District and County Alignment

Helping activities work together instead of competing in isolation.

A major part of the mission is aligning activities across districts and the wider county so organizers can better coordinate timing, audience outreach, venue use, partnerships, and shared momentum.

Community Stories

Stories that reflect resilience, service, and local hope.

Community stories matter because they help people see that healing, leadership, creativity, and second chances are already happening here. We want to tell those stories with dignity and purpose.

Resources

Free and paid options, clearly organized.

We want the resources section to serve people at different stages by pointing them toward free support, community offerings, and paid services when appropriate, all in a way that is transparent and useful.

The Weekly Path

The YDays rhythm remains the heartbeat underneath the mission.

Each day still contributes a distinct kind of strength that shapes how we gather, plan, reflect, encourage, and move forward together.

Get Involved

Bring an event, partnership, venue, or planning need.

If you have a community idea, want to partner as a local business, need help shaping an engagement event, or want to support the mission, we would love to connect.

The mission comes alive through events, activities, stories, and resources. Those public tools are part of the nonprofit vision, not separate from it.
