Lisa is currently employed by *Not One More: A Peace and Justice Project* as an *Outreach Worker/Peacemaker. Through the organization’s contracted work with the **Reading School District*, she supports student activities, school and family events, community engagement initiatives, and safe corridors for children traveling to and from school.

She is also actively involved with *Peaceful Parks* and helps manage the programming and daily operations of the *Teen Chill Zone*, a safe and welcoming space for teenagers in Reading. Her work includes planning youth activities and special events, coordinating community partnerships, communicating with families, maintaining program records, organizing supplies, and ensuring that young people have access to meals, snacks, pantry items, and practical support.

Lisa’s community service extends throughout Reading’s *District 2, where she has helped organize and support activities that bring children, families, neighbors, and local leaders together. Her involvement has included **Party at the Park, Easter celebrations, **Judge Carissa Johnson’s Trunk or Treat*, and Thanksgiving and Christmas events. Through these efforts, Lisa helps create positive experiences, distribute food and resources, encourage community participation, and strengthen relationships among residents.

In addition to her outreach work, Lisa is the *owner and executive chef of Lisa’s Kitchen & Catering*. Her experience as a business owner includes menu development, catering and event coordination, purchasing, budgeting, inventory management, customer service, and daily business operations. Her culinary skills have also supported youth programs, school activities, holiday celebrations, and community events throughout Reading.

Lisa previously served as treasurer for local Councilman *Jaime Baez Jr.*, gaining experience in financial recordkeeping, documentation, accountability, and the responsible management of funds.

She is the proud mother of *Lisa Kupinewitz, a 30-year-old entrepreneur and co-owner of **Hair Coven*. Motherhood has helped shape Lisa’s compassion, resilience, and commitment to encouraging young people to develop confidence, independence, creativity, and purpose.

As Treasurer-Designate, Lisa will help All These YDays maintain responsible financial practices by supporting budgeting, financial record review, donation and sponsorship tracking, expense monitoring, and organizational accountability.
